Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
- No partial refunds are offered for unused days in the current month.
- The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions can be canceled within the first 14 days from the purchase date for a full refund.
- After the initial 14 days, a prorated refund may be requested for complete unused months, less the discount applied for the annual payment.
- No refunds are offered for partially used months.
Refund Request Process

2. Include your username and the reason for your request.
3. Our team will review your case within 3-5 business days.
4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
General Conditions
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- No refunds are offered for services already used or data entered into the journal.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse or abuse of the service.
Exceptions
- In case of prolonged technical issues preventing the use of the service, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If Notarytrak discontinues its service, prorated refunds will be offered for unused time.
